​Origins Acupuncture & Wellness was established in 2012. Our mission is to raise health and vitality of the whole family by raising accessibility to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments and foster awareness on the great value TCM holds for all patients, pediatric to geriatric. Our intention is to help each patient achieve his or her wellness goals. We hope to create healthier generations to come and have many years experience, tools, and resources to facilitate the process! Serving Baraboo, Sauk City, Prairie du Sac, Lake Delton, Wisconsin Dells, Lodi, Portage and Reedsburg areas.

Acupuncture


​Acupuncture points are chosen according to your specific diagnosis. Once the needles are in, most of our patients feel a sense of deep relaxation & even sleepiness!

Gua sha

Gua Sha improves local circulation and breaks up scar tissue or adhesions in the muscles and connective tissue. It is also a great adjunctive technique for treating respiratory conditions.

Cupping 

Cupping is an ancient Tradional Chinese Medical modality used to distrupt stuck energy to facilitate healing.

That’s why we take the time to get to know you. As part of our diagnosis, we are looking at your unique symptom pattern. At Origins, you’ll receive a 90-minute initial consultation and acupuncture treatment, lifestyle recommendations and herbal formula or topicals.

Exercises

Exercises and stretches are given at the initial appointment that will fit your needs when appropriate.
