Qi Gong
Movement as Medicine
|
Qi Gong is one of the oldest forms of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and also one of the most accessible.
It’s a slow, meditative movement practice that connects body, breath, and intention. Qi Gong is offered as a way to deepen your healing from the inside out —restoring your energy (Qi), calming your nervous system, and reconnecting you with the rhythm of your breath and body. Slow your breath. Move your body. Guide your energy. |
WHAT IS QI GONG?
Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gong) combines still postures, gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness. Some practices are stationary, others are fluid and dynamic, but all are designed to support circulation, organ health, and emotional regulation. Like acupuncture, it works with the body’s meridian system, but here, you’re the one guiding the energy
WHY PRACTICE QI GONG?
- Supports emotional balance and nervous system regulation
- Enhances circulation and energy flow
- Strengthens immunity and respiratory health
- Offers gentle physical movement for all bodies and ages
- Encourages presence, calm, and clarity
